Making an enquiry

When you submit the form, your name, email address, optional phone number, postcode and project description are sent through our website host, Vercel, and email delivery provider, Resend, to Panda Projects’ Google Workspace inbox. We use these details to respond and discuss the work you request. The website does not keep a separate enquiry database. Delivery providers may retain messages and technical logs as part of operating their services.

Information you choose to send

An enquiry may include your name, contact details, postcode and project description. Please only include information needed to discuss the work. Contact Rob using the email above if you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of enquiry information.

Extension estimator

Your estimator answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us when you calculate a budget. If you copy a summary, it is placed on your clipboard. Choosing “Send Rob my project details” carries your dimensions and selected options to the contact page. They are sent with your enquiry when you submit the form. If you select “Email me a copy”, Resend also sends your estimate and project summary to the email address you provide. Your free-text enquiry notes are not included in that copy.

Website operation

No advertising trackers or analytics have been added to this website. The hosting service may process technical request information to deliver and secure the pages.
